CrossFit Kids Classes
The aim of our CrossFit Kids Programme is to encourage and support children aged three to seventeen to:
- Improve their level of fitness
- Improve their self-confidence and self-esteem
- Improve their perseverance and resilience
- Improve their nutrition by encouraging them to make healthier choices
- Feel GOOD about themselves
We achieve this through a variety of FUN and engaging physical activities shared within a group of peers and led by a coach.
Our coaches are fully qualified as “CrossFit Kids Trainers” and will make sure your child receives the most at the CrossFit class whatever their age.
The FUN physical activities incorporate gymnastics, weightlifting and monostructual (running, skipping, rowing, cycling) which will challenge the individual and support progress and development.
There is a consistent structure to each class. Classes are built on a foundation of age appropriate short segments that allow goals to be achieved.
