ANDREW
Andrew is a CrossFit Level 3 Trainer.
Andrew has been professionally coaching CrossFit for 6 years.
Fitness has been a passion for as long as Andrew can remember, competing in triathlons, boxing and rowing before finding CrossFit. After starting his CrossFit journey in 2015 he quickly fell in love with the methodology.
As the Director of CrossFit Glenrothes, Andrew takes great pride in using his coaching experience and accumulated knowledge to ensure the in-house programming is fun, safe and highly effective. As a result, all athletes at CrossFit Glenrothes from the newest and most inexperienced to the most seasoned veteran, continue to make solid progress towards fulfilling their potential.
In addition to his CrossFit qualifications Andrew holds a Masters of Engineering in Civil Engineering and has had the opportunity to work both in the UK and Internationally as a Civil Engineer.

Vicki
Vicki started CrossFit in 2016 and has coached at CrossFit Glenrothes since 2020
Vicki has represented CrossFit Glenrothes in both individual and team competitions.
In addition to her CrossFit Level 2 and Personal Training qualifications, Vicki holds a Diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy.
Vicki is passionate about CrossFit, utilising her knowledge of strength training and rehab to provide the best support and guidance for members no matter where they are in their fitness journey.

Rhona
Rhona started her CrossFit Journey 6 years ago and trains 5 days a week. She has vast experience as the Head Teacher of a local Primary School and runs the CrossFit Kids programme at CrossFit Glenrothes.

Ally
Ally is 30 years old and has always been a very sporty person through out his life playing sports such as football, basketball, badminton, cricket, golf and rugby until 6 years ago when his daughter came along his time and sporting reduced dramatically then 4 years ago he was talked into trying CrossFit by his wife as he was feeling lost and unhappy in his own body, CrossFit then quickly became a big part of his life. In March he decided to do his CF-L1 and become part of the coaching team here at CrossFit Glenrothes.
