CrossFit Kids Classes
The aim of our CrossFit Kids Programme is to encourage and support children aged three to seventeen to:
- Improve their level of fitness
- Improve their self-confidence and self-esteem
- Improve their perseverance and resilience
Improve their nutrition by encouraging them to make healthier choices - Feel GOOD about themselves.
We achieve this through a variety of FUN and engaging physical activities shared within a group of peers and led by a coach.
The FUN physical activities incorporate gymnastics, weightlifting and monostructual (running, skipping, rowing, cycling) which will challenge the individual and support progress and development.
There is a consistent structure to each class. Classes are built on a foundation of age appropriate short segments that allow goals to be achieved.
We thrive on having FUN, trying our best, positive feedback and celebrating success.
